Product Description

The VMC series vertical machining centers utilize finite element analysis software (Ansys) for optimized design, resulting in a more rational machine structure. The rigidity, accuracy retention, and reliability are significantly enhanced. Key components, including the machine bed, table, column, and milling head, are constructed from high-strength cast iron. Through secondary tempering and aging treatments, along with an optimized rib reinforcement design, the machine performance better meets processing requirements and stability demands.

The bed rails feature a wide-span design, combined with an A-shaped column structure, to provide exceptional strength, rigidity, and thermal stability.

It is equipped with a high-performance, 10,000 rpm spindle unit imported from Taiwan. An optional spindle oil-cooling device is available to control thermal growth and enhance cutting accuracy.

All three feed axes are supported by imported linear roller guides from Taiwan, ensuring high positioning accuracy.

A pre-tensioning force is applied to both ends of the ball screw. This enhances transmission rigidity and compensates for thermal expansion, thereby mitigating positioning errors caused by rapid movement.

The machine features fully enclosed sheet metal guards. This design provides comprehensive splash protection, ensures operator safety, and maintains a clean, professional appearance.
