1,CNC Prototype & model: we can produce outward-appearance prototype,structural prototype and functional prototype with different material as plastic,metal,rubber etc.. Besides, other models can be also processed such as: sand table model, building models, military model and teaching model etc.

2,CNC Machining: the equipment stroke cover 1800mm*900mm*650mm machining center and 850mm*600mm CNC machining, 650mm high speed drilling center. There is no limited to the use of material, all various material are suitable such as: plastic, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron etc.. We undertake below business: non-standard parts processing, silicone vacuum-molding, tooling fixture gages processing and batch processing. We have well-equipment processing for lathing, milling, planing, grinding, boring etc., and have complete surface treatment process with plating, fuel injection, silk screen, chrome oxide, passivation, drawing and hardening etc.

3,3D printing: we can make high precision 3D printing for more than 10 materials, stainless steel, nylon, photosensitive resin and titanium are popular material to use. We can tap and paint for 3D printing.
 

4,Injection silk screen: undertake sampling and bulk injection silk screen business.

5,Model CNC machining: we have 1890 machining center for model CNC machining.
 
6,Tooling fixture gages processing: undertake processing business for car checking fixture gauge, epoxy, bakelite fixture tooling etc., have good design ability and skilled CAD, 3D software mapping capabilities.
