FAQ
1. Are you a manufacturer or trading?
We are not only a simple manufacturer of garment and can offer develop/design & sourcing etc. all-around service.

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
if the clothes we have available, then No MOQ.
if you need customized, MOQ accept 20pcs per color for most styles.

3. Can you offer the free sample?
Yes, we can offer sample which you need as we had available, but the express is freight collect pay.
If you need customized sample as request, it will have sample fee($30-80/pc), but can return after order placed
FIT/PP sample and TOP/Shipment sample are free as normally quantity request in apparel business.

4. How long for the customized sample process?
If we had available fabric & trims, it can be sent within 3 days.
If fabric need be customized weave, it will need around one month to process, it should base on which type fabric.

5. How to place the order?
Please send us an inquiry about which products you like (color/size/quantity etc.), then we will send you the details of our products and negotiation for the order process detail.
We will respond promptly.

6. Can be use our labels/logo on the product? / Can I choose color?
Yes, please send your design and detail tech-pack to us, we can follow as your request to make sample, we had pantone books can match color as your request.

7. How long is the bulk delivery (lead time)?
If the fabric can be bought from market, the delivery is 10-20days after sample approved.
If the fabric needs customized, the delivery is 50-80days after sample approved.

8. What's shipping method?
For the bulk, it mostly ships by sea or air as your request from Shanghai or Ningbo Port, it can arrange with our logistics or yours.
For the small order & samples, it will ship by Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx/TNT, OCS, EMS).

9. What's payment method?
For the small order (amount less than US$5000), we can accept PayPal, T/T, Western Union etc.
It requests 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.
For the normally order (800pcs per color, 2000pcs per styles), we can accept T/T, L/C or D/P (just for partner)
It requests 30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L.

10, Quality control and Guarantee
We had 3 steps quality control in bulk production and guarantee our products in AQL standard & Customer's specially request, if had quality issues , we will bear the lost.
