This machine is a high precision lathe, flat lathe bed and turret type that can be equipped with MT No2 type tailstock to realize more functions within limited space. Small size and a multifunctional design, make this machine a very cost-effective solution. With undisputed performance, speed, operability and security, this lathe can perform high-precision and efficient machining. Different configurations can meet different demands from different users. However, our standard configuration has all necessary functions to outperform our competition.
Functional characteristic:
1. High precision and operability
This is a new type of lathe with the machining precision of a gang tool lathe and the operability of a tool turret lathe.
2. Good universality
A very organized distribution over a small area and the use of high-precision components, make this machine a compact structure with a perfect design that can guarantee an effective utilization of space while ensuring the maximum precision. Automatic feeder, automatic loading/unloading devices, mechanical arm and other automation units can be equipped to the lathe turning it into an automation production line, becoming the most suitable solution for general machining for VTR, electronic engineering, OA machine, auto parts, and other industries that require high versatility and high precision.

The TX85D equipped with VDI live toolplate has 12 installation positions for tools. Live tools can be installed. Furthermore, quantity and position of live tools can be selected at random. In addition, the machine also has rigid thread tapping function for live tools.Therefore, combined machining of lathing and milling can be realized at one clamping.
The TX85 is equipped with a slot toolplate which has 12 tool installation positions. Servo motor driving mode in quick tool exchange speed, muting, large torque and accurate positioning characteristics can meet heavy cutting requirements.
4. High precision feed
The guide rail adopts high quality cast iron with quenching, grinding and scraping treatment, which will prolong the precision retaining period of the guide rail surface. Every sliding surfaces make contact with enough dovetail groove surface, and with an automatic lubrication system. It keeps the stable precision of the machine tool for a long time.
5. High precision spindle
The high precision Spindle axis core is made of high quality materials and has been subjected to multiple heat treatment and exquisite machining processes. The bearings have original Japanese technology. It also contains German waterproof rings to increase the waterproof level to the highest.
For special configurations, a built-in electric motor spindle can be opted, having the following specifications: the spindle speed is 8000rpm, adopting oil heat exchanger for cooling to ensure high speed and high precision of the spindle, which is applicable to machine work-piece with higher requirement of precision and finish.
6. Selection of opening and closing of various automatic fixtures and clamping devices
The standard clamping device of the machine is Hydraulic, but as an optional accessory it's possible to use a power chuck clamping mode to guarantee strong and precise chuck clamping force and large clamping range; S-type powerful spring collet can be selected as the clamping mode for its convenience in exchange and quick and stable in clamping.

7. Tailstock center
Originally replaceable light-duty live center from Japan is adopted as the tailstock center, which is connected with the machine in Morse taper shank MT No.2 configuration to guarantee a convenient and reliable installation and use. The tailstock center is applicable to high-speed and high-precision lathing of general axes and long axes to guarantee the characteristics of optimal stability and abrasion resistance.

Installation and Operation Requirements
In order to ensure that the machine tool you purchased from the company has high performance and maintains high precision, please pay attention to the environment conditions for the installation of the machine tool.
1. Environmental parameters:

2. Location for installation
(1) The equipment shall not be installed in radiation, such as: within the range of microwave, ultraviolet radiation, laser or X ray.
(2) In order to ensure machining precision and reduce temperature difference, please do not install the machine tool in the following areas:
1. Direct sunlight;
2. High humidity;
3. Large temperature difference;
4. Vibration;
5. High intensity magnetic field;
6. Dusty area;
(3) The area around the place for installation of the equipment should be free of the following:
1. Garage
2. Driveway for heavy traffic
3. Pressure or stamping equipment
4. Electrical welding, spot welding or argon arc welding
5. Substation
6. High tension line
7. Equipment or machining liable to produce dust
3. Place of installation:
The complete foundation for installation of equipment shall be subject to proper tamping to prevent foundation from poor condition such as cavity and loose soil.
The place for installation of equipment shall be equipped with a fixed power source consistent with requirements of the relevant national standards. Temporary sources shall not be used. The equipment shall have good ground protection.
The place for installation of equipment shall have a stable air source. The compressed air shall be dry and clean and satisfy relevant requirements of national standard.
4. Power requirements:
The place for installation of equipment shall be equipped with three-phase four-wire system for power source. Line voltage 380V±5%.
If the voltage of power line with three-phase four-wire system in the place for installation of equipment is 200V±5%, when the equipment is connected to the power source, it is unnecessary to adopt a transformer.
If the voltage of power line with three-phase four-wire system in the place for equipment is 220V, after the equipment accesses the power source, it is necessary to pay attention to voltage stabilization of power source to ensure that the power voltage does not exceed 220V +5% in fluctuation.
5. Compressed air
The pipe for compressed air shall be equipped with a filter and a dryer. The air pressure in the equipment shall be 0.7~1.0Mpa, the air flow shall be 5cubic meters/hour (Every standard machine tool).
