A. Overview:

Base Oil	Refined mineral base oil
Thickener	Soap based thickener
Additives	High level Extreme Pressure, Antioxidant, Antirust, and powder of Molybdenum Disulfide etc.
Production and standard	Produced under special cycling grease making process. Product in line with standard of SH/T 0587-94

 

B. Features: 

l Molybdenum Dissulfide is of comparatively lower friction index, especially for heavy duty, with better high temperature capacity for short period of high temperature. Thus this product is specifically used for lubrication of parts in heavy duty, and high temperature for short period of time.

 

C. Application: 

Applicable between -20ºC and +120ºC, for lubrication of heavy duty gears and bearings for machines of steel rolling, mining industry, construction, heavy duty crane, plastic injection etc, also for parts under shock load.
 

Applications include hydraulic shovels, bucket pins and bushings, bulldozers, drag lines, dump trucks and other heavy-duty equipment with heavily-loaded pivot pins, excavators, king pins, skid steers, wheel and track loaders.
