The computer-controlled spring tension and compression testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of the national pressure testing machine standard. The professionally designed automatic control and data acquisition system realizes the full digital adjustment of the data acquisition and control process. It can test and analyze the tension, pressure, displacement, stiffness and other strength of precision springs such as tension springs, compression springs, disc springs, tower springs, leaf springs, circlips, leaf springs, composite springs, gas springs, mold springs, and special-shaped springs. The design of the main machine and auxiliary tools of the testing machine draws on the advanced technology of the same industry in Japan. It has beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance. The computer system controls the rotation of the precision motor through the controller and the speed control system. After the speed reduction system is decelerated, the pressure plate is driven up and down through the precision screw pair to complete the compression and other mechanical properties tests of the sample.
The machine adopts a fully digital speed control system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance and a precision motor as the driving system. The control software is the core of the control system. The control and data processing software with Windows as the operating interface realizes the screen display of the test force, test force peak, beam displacement, test deformation and test curve. All test operations can be automatically completed on the computer through the mouse.
