Working Principle

Working principle:

1. Automatic pick up bags: Use vacuum suction cups to accurately grab pre made bags from the storage bag warehouse.
2. Bag opening and filling: By using air pressure or a robotic arm to open the bag opening, corresponding measuring devices are used for quantitative filling of different materials, such as vibrating feeders for granular materials, screw measuring devices for powder materials, and sauce pumps for filling.
3. Heat sealing and shaping: A high-frequency heat sealing device is used to seal the bag opening, while the shaping mechanism ensures a smooth appearance of the packaging.
4. Output detection: After packaging is completed, it is sent out by conveyor belt and can be equipped with metal detection or weight re inspection to remove unqualified products.
