Brief introduction
Bulk bag unloader uses electric hoist to lift the bulk bag to the feed inlet and press the bag, then open the ton bag unloading mouth, and assisted by flapping device or vibration device to promote the material to fall into the below hopper.It can be connected to various equipment such as silo, screw conveyor, vacuum feeder, crusher and other equipment to form an automated production line.
This unloading system is also called bulk bag unloader, which is specially designed to provide a simple, clean and economical way to unload the entire contents of bulk bags and semi-bulk bags. It is suitable for almost any unloading or weighing application that uses bulk bags. Can be unloaded from bulk bags, jumbo bags, super bags or FIBC. The actual unpacking speed can be 5-8 times higher than the manual unpacking speed

The working principle of big bag unloader
-Lift the big bag to the equipment inlet by forklift or electric hoist;
-Manually or automatically open the discharge port of the ton bag;
-Open the flow valve and assisted by the vibration device to push the powder or granular materials (in the ton bag) by gravity into the hopper to complete the unpacking and unloading work.
