Installation Instructions
1. The valve must be kept in a dry and ventilated room, and the valve plate should be opened 4-5 degrees.
2. Long-term storage should be checked regularly. Machined surfaces should be cleaned of surface dirt once every 6 months.
3. When installing, carefully check whether the use of the valve is consistent with the performance specifications.
4. Before installation, installation and debugging personnel should carefully read the operation manual, electric device manual, circuit diagram, etc., and be familiar with the installation and debugging procedures.
5. Pay attention to the following items during installation:
A. Check whether there are sundries in the valve channel and sealing surface, and clean them in time. The valve should be installed in time after unpacking, and do not loosen the fastening bolts of the valve at will.
B. When butterfly valve is installed, the butterfly plate should be in the closed position.
6. The connecting bolts between the butterfly valve and the pipeline should not be tightened individually at one time, but should be tightened alternately in the corresponding direction of the circumference to prevent the flange breakage or leakage caused by uneven tightening.
7 butterfly valve is generally one-way use, installation should be noted, the direction of the arrow on the valve body represents the pressure direction of the medium when the valve is closed.
8. Butterfly valve can be installed in any Angle of the pipeline, but should not be inverted, usually vertical or horizontal installation.
9. If you need to adjust the flow during use, adjust the opening position of the driving device for control.
10. When the electric butterfly valve leaves the factory, the opening and closing stroke of the control mechanism has been adjusted well. In order to prevent the direction of the power supply from being wrong, the butterfly valve should be manually switched to the half-open position for the first time, and then switch to check whether the direction of the indicating disk is consistent with the direction of the valve.
11. Seal test must be carried out after valve repair.
