Product Description
waste oil distillation machine can recycle waste tire pyrolysis oil, waste plastic pyrolysis oil, waste engine oil, waste lubricant oil and oil sludge into diesel.

Pyrolysis oil /used engine oil can be refined into valuable diesel oil through catalytic cracking and high temperature distillation technology. It is a method of separating mixtures based on differences in volatilities of components in a boiling liquid mixture. After beling distilled by the distillation plant, the oil may have dark color with bad smell, then we suggest to deep purify the oil, with Huayin matched color and smell removal system and special catalyst ,you will get clean diesel oil as final products with beautiful light yellow color.
Oil sludge usually comes from
1.Crude oil extraction - the oil sludge produced of crude oil extraction mainly comes from the surface treatment system, this kind of oil sludge generally has the characteristics of high oil content , high viscosity , fine particles and difficult to dehydrate.
2.Oil field gathering and transportation- mainly from the transfer station , the joint station of the tank , setting tank , sewage tank , grease trail mud , refinery oil treatment facilities , light hydrocarbon processing plant , natural gas purification device , etc.
3.Refinery wastewater treatment plant

Technological Process
Raw oil after dewater process goes into reactor. Heating, gasifying and cooling to get petrol and diesel component.
After heating and gasifying, Petrol gas expels from top outlet of catalyze tower, and goes into petrol storage tank after cooling through condenser.Then inject petrol into another big storage tank.
After heating and gasifying, Diesel gas expels from top outlet of catalyze tower, and goes into diesel storage tank after cooling through condenser. Then inject diesel into another big storage tank.Distilled diesel after treatment by oil reconcile tank,will becoming fuel oil with high quality.A little of flammable gas go through medium tank and into exhaust gas treatment equipment to be processed. And then go through water deal into furnace to burn.

Technical Advantage
a. Reduce pressure distillation technology--- advanced distillation
This new technology is better than original ordinary pressure distillation technology, which shows on purity,Transparent, and lightness. This technology will do deodorization and destine process to the raw material oil automatically by "dry type" reduce pressure distillation method, which can fall of the temperature of distill process and the oil output will higher 5%-10%.
b. Continuous produce 24-hours--- advanced distillation
24-hours raw material put into automatically according to oil output flow and reactor temperature.
c. High efficient gas heating system--- advanced distillation
During this process, it will produce a large amount of gas CH4-C2H6, which cannot be fluidity with normal temperature and pressure. Those gas will be fully burned in the special gun nozzle and produce a plenty energy.
d. Intelligence smoke dust removal system--- advanced distillation
The smoke dust removal system with intelligence desulphurization, have a special with bi-directional water impact cyclone dust remove room, which can ensure the smoke discharge amount meet governmental relative standards.
Environmental Protection
For water, it is used in two parts. In the cooling system, all the water is recycling, some water is evaporate due to high temperature, in some times, we just need to add water, no water emission. In the dedust system, the water is recycling, too.Due to the chemical reaction, the water is cleaned in the pool and recycled to dust removing device. No water emission.
About the gas, it includes two parts. First is the syngas, it is recycled to the furnace for heating, no emission. Another is the smoke, it is caused by the heating material. And it is cleaned by water in the dedust system.NO emission, too.
About the carbon black, we do the further process and our discharging system is fully closed, no slag flies out.No slag emission.
About the noise , we design draft fan with low noise and make it under international standard.
Above all, all the design can reach the international environmental standard.
