One.summary
The new automatic regulating device for vapor-liquid two-phase flow is a new technical product of energy saving and consumption reduction, which has been researched and popularized by our company in recent years. The shortcomings of traditional floating ball, pneumatic and electric liquid level control devices are as follows:

The automatic regulating device of this equipment is mainly suitable for the liquid level control of high-pressure and low-pressure heaters, continuous row, fixed row flash tanks and other heat exchangers of steam turbines in thermal power plants (N600MW N300MW N200MW) and below.

The regulator is composed of a shell, a connecting flange and a valve core which gradually shrinks and expands, with a regulating steam inlet in the middle. Its function is to control the regulating steam to flow with the running water to the throat of the valve cavity after the hydrophobic mixing. Because the cross-sectional area of the throat is unchanged, the effective flow area of the hydrophobic is reduced accordingly, thus achieving the effect of blocking the hydrophobic.
