We produce and supply all the principal types of Reaction-bonded silicon carbide plate, Reaction-bonded silicon carbide, Oxide bonded silicon carbide roller rod and Silicon carbide components, a long lasting, rugged, dependable performer in many challenging environments. Our silicon carbide products are made to tight dimensional tolerances and have an excellent load-bearing ability at higher temperatures. Our Silicon carbide retains most of its mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and exhibits very low levels of creep, making it the first choice for load-bearing applications in the range 1300 to 1650oC (2400 to 3000oF).
Our Silicon carbide batts and Silicon carbide plate provide outstanding thermal shock resistance but unlike traditional ceramics, they also combine low density with high mechanical strength. Additionally, these products offer extreme hardness/abrasion resistance and outstanding chemical stability in aggressive environments.
Recrystallised ReSiC has a lower mechanical strength than RBSiC and NBSiC, but offers what most other materials cannot - a working temperature of up to 1650oC (3000oF).
Silicon Infiltrated SiSiC and Reaction-bonded RBSiC is a very high strength material that is often used for support plates for kiln structures or kiln-car systems. The plates are lightweight and remain straight after prolonged use. It can be used up to 1380oC (2500oF).
Oxide-bonded SiC offers many of the benefits of using SiC but at a reduced cost. It is mainly used for load-bearing items used in the temperature range 1300-1350oC (2400-2550oF) where good life is achieved.
Nitride-bonded NBSiC offers properties that are fairly similar to RBSiC (high strength and low creep) but can be safely used to a higher temperature of 1450oC (2650oF). It is often used for batts, tiles or plates.

DADA Silicon carbide Batt (SiC plate support) is a lightweight ceramic material with high strength properties comparable to diamond. It has excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and is resistant to corrosion from acids. DADA Silicon carbide Batt (SiC plate support) is an excellent ceramic material for applications requiring good erosion and abrasive resistance. Consequently, it is useful in a variety of applications including spray nozzles, shot blast nozzles and cyclone components.

We produce sintered SiC plates, reaction bonded SiC plates and re-crystallized SiC plates. Our re-crystallized SiC products have a high purity, while our reaction bonded and sintered silicon carbide plates have a high mechanical strength.
Please keep shack plate vertical during transportation and storage ,and keep it dry at any time. The calcined white coating on shack plate is effective for 3-6 months. The coating specially made up by our factory if coating replacement is needed. remember to clear old coating completely, and then paint in thickness of 0.4-0.6mm with spray gun.
Newly painted DADA Silicon carbide Batt (SiC plate support) can not be used untilit is completely dry. When embryo is placed on shack place ,be careful to keep embryo dry.when produce bottom contacts shack plate ,please clear glaze off to avoid glaze stickiness.
During installation, fire-resisting column should be in straight ling because inconsistent supporting points shorten its life.
During installation, appropriate space should be kept between each layer of DADA Silicon carbide Batt (SiC plate support), preferably 10mm-20mm, appropriate space should also be kept so as to keep fire burning more completely and air convection more smoothly in kiln.
DADA Silicon carbide Batt (SiC plate support) can never be cooled or heated quickly, thus special attention should be paid to temperature and product completion.
