Dielectric Paste for Aluminum Thick Film heating element
FG5502 is an environmental friendly mesothermal overglaze paste designed as overlay or interbedded insulation. It is non-toxic element up to European RoHS environmental regulation (2002/95/EC), and has good compatibilities with various ceramic substrates.
Also, if a protective insulation is required for the heating element, the same dielectric paste that has been used to insulate the steel also could be chosen
Application of Overglaze Paste FG550X series The overglaze paste FG550X series could be screen printed on ceramics and stainless steel substrates for applications such as resistor networks, resistor plate, heating element, sensitivity element for protective insulation purposes.
It is dried at 125ºC and fired at 550-650ºC profile in a belt furnace with 12 minutes at peak temperature.

Production Flowchart
Normally the typical steps for the electronic paste manufacturing is as below.
1) Raw materials inspection(mainly Ag and Al metal powder); 2) Materials adjust mixed and dispersion; 3) Rolled pulp; 4) Vacuumize; 5) Function Test(including Viscosity, fineness, conductivity, adhesion, solderability, etc.); 6) Package.
LEED-INK Workshop
LEED-INK has been devoted us to development and manufacturing of electronic paste for more than 20 years.
We have more than 1000 square meters constant temperature and humidity clean production workshop with grade 100,000 degrees, and professional electrical testing laboratory. We have strict production environment monitoring system.
With more than 30 skilled workers, including 10 workers skilled in printing equipment and processing operation, which enables to meet the customized requirement from customers.
Our current electronic paste product capacity is 300 tons/month, and estimated capacity in this year is 350 tons/month.
Quality Control
LEED-INK won ISO9001 and ISO14001quality and environment system certification, and all our products are tested with 3 inspection steps
before delivery including self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection. We have a sound production management, process management and quality assurance capabilities.
We have advanced test equipments such as paste printing machines, infrared drying furnace,DESPATCH firing furnace, and solar cell monomer tester, laser etching machine, laser particle size tester, tensile tester, etc.
Every batch of paste will be test before delivery by simulating customer's application, to form the same quality test standard with customers.

Q6. What's your MOQ?
Mostly our MOQ is 1kg, while sometimes we accept less quantity like 200g on the condition that
a sample charge is 100% paid.
Q7. How about the delivery time?
Normally, for sample order, our delivery is within 5 days.
For mass production batch, our delivery is within 7 days. But that depends on the real condition
when we get your order.
Q8. Can I get a sample?
Yes, sample is available.
If noble metal such as Ag, Pd included, and the material cost is already high, we do not offer free samples.
Q9. What payment terms is acceptable to you?
