Q: How and how long can I get the samples?
A: 1) The sample fee is free if it is our design, but you need to pay the freight. Also we can make sample according to your design and your requirements. But sample cost will be needed. 
    2) The samples time is about 4-6 days. Moreover, it will take about 4-9 working days to arrive to your door.  

Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?
A:It depends on the weight and packing size and your area. I will check it for you before sending the sample.

Q: What is the difference between matte and glossy finish? 
A:1) Matte is a dull finish without gloss or shine.
    2) Gloss is bright with shine.  

Q:Can we have our logo or company information to be printed on your products or package?
A:Sure. They can be shown on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing , Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or sticker a label on it.  

Q:How to order? 
A:Please send us your purchase order by Email, creat the ****** order directly,or we can send you proforma invoice for your confirmation. Information as below is needed.
1) Product information: Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Artwork,Technology and Packing requirements etc)
2) Shipping information: Your company name, Phone&Fax number, Address, Destinatio  

The following guidelines are helpful to us, but not necessary for us. Almost any image will do.
1. File format - PDF, PSD, AI or EPS version CS5 or earlier.
2. Scale - all files designed to size.
3. Cut path - all files must have a separate layer named "cut path" with a 1pt stroke so our machines know where to cut.
4. Fonts - all fonts outlined, we will make a proof and confirm with you before mass production. We offer rectangle, square, round, oval, custom die cutted shape stickers in multiple sizes, We also provide you with the sticker templates to make ordering easy. We'll print your stickers and have them shipped quickly and we offer free shipping.
