If you want to discharge more than 200m by discharge pipe, please check the below list:Detailed Images FEATURES AT A GLANCE The sand jet suction dredger, which is also called sand suction vessel, sand pumping dredger, sand dredging machine, consists of hull, discharge pipe system, water jet system, pumping sand system, winch system, and self-propelled system, etc. Discharge system includes power, sand discharge pipe, sand pump, etc. After the sand slurry is sucked, it runs along the sand pipe and discharged to the sand store place through the long discharge pipe. Sand suction system includes water jet system and sand pumping system. Water jet system includes water jet pump, power, water inlet pipe, outlet pipe and water gun, etc. Pumping sand system includes sand pump, power, suction hose pipe, suction head, etc. If the sand suction pipe diameter is less than 12inch, we don't use the suction ladder to adjust the suction pipe,and we use pipe sucker, but if the sand suction pipe diameter is more than 12inch, we have to use the suction ladder to install suction pipe. At the end of sucker or ladder, there is steel net to prevent stones and rubbish to enter into the pump and pipe. Winch system includes winch, power, gantry frame, pulley, etc. The winch is drived by the motor of water jet pump. The winch has two operating handles. The operator can drive it to lift and drop the sucker to adjust the dredging depth. Self-propelled system includes propellerand power, the operator can drive the operating handle to move forward or backward.
