The machine is a dedicated packing device used for products such as card, postcard, red packet, manual, certificate of honor, comic book, document bag, warranty card, envelope, notebook, hang tag and other heterogeneous product, This machine has functions such as folding, bag making, counting, trimming, gilding, labeling, sticking adhesive label, bagging, hot sealing and cutting and so on.

The overall operation is controlled by a modern motion module controller with a multi-axis servo PLC system. This allows the PLC to memorize specifications and size data, making data adjustments easy and convenient, The structure is simple and reasonable, ensuring accurate and fast positioning, with automatic conveying and counting of finished products.

 

1. Collation: Equipped with a built-in collation function, this machine allows multiple products to be packaged into a single bag. It can be configured in accordance with the customer requirements to achieve the desired collation effect.

2. Bag Making: The machine includes a bag-making feature. By simply purchasing the raw materials for bag making, you can perfectly combine packaging materials with bags to produce the packaging products you need. There is no need to purchase separate bags, saving time and effort while reducing costs, improving production efficiency, and increasing profit margins.

3. Bagging: The entire machine is controlled by a PLC servo motor system, with pneumatic layout for overall operation. The structure is simple and reasonable, ensuring accurate and fast positioning. Various additional functions can be incorporated, such as gluing, punching, and ultrasonic sealing. This new machine enhances the quality of packaging products and completely replaces manual packaging.

Pre-sales Service

We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.

In-sales Service

The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.

After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
