Therapeutic indications
Used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headaches, joint pain, migraines, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.

Dose and method of administration
Newborns to 3 months: 60 mg/dose - (1.6 ml) every 4-6 hours.
Over 3 months to 6 months: 80 mg/dose - (2.2 ml) every 4-6 hours.
Over 6 months to 1 year: 100 mg/dose - (2.7 ml) every 4-6 hours.
Children from 1 year to 2 years: 120 mg/dose - (3.3 ml) every 4-6 hours.
Children from 2 years to 4 years: 160 mg/dose - (4 ml) every 4-6 hours.
Adults from 4 years to 6 years: 200 mg/dose - (5.5 ml) every 4-6 hours.
Adults from 6 years to 9 years: 250 mg - 325 mg/dose - (7-9 ml) every 4-6 hours.
Adults from 9 years to 12 years: 375 mg - 500 mg/dose - (10-14ml) every 4-6 hours.

Contraindications
Allergy to components of the formula or known hypersensitivity to acetaminophen.
It is contraindicated in people with severe liver or kidney failure.

Special warnings and precautions for use
1. If symptoms persist for more than 2 to 3 days after using this drug, stop taking the drug and consult a doctor. The administration time should not exceed ten.
2. This product is a symptomatic treatment. Use as a fever reducer for no more than 3 consecutive days. It is used to relieve pain for no more than 5 days. If symptoms do not improve, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
3. Minor children should use it under a doctor's prescription.
4. People who are allergic to aspirin should be careful.
5. Patients with sucrose intolerance should not take this product.
6. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
7. Keep out of reach of children.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
1. For patients taking barbiturates or antispasmodics (such as belladonna), long-term use of this product may cause liver damage.
2. Combining this product with chloramphenicol may increase the toxicity of the latter.

Fertility, pregnancy and lactation
Paracetamol in this product can cross the placenta and is contraindicated in women within 3 months of pregnancy. Acetaminophen may be present in certain concentrations in the milk of nursing women, but acetaminophen or its metabolites have not been detected in the urine of nursing infants. Pregnant women and lactating women who are more than 3 months pregnant should use with caution or follow medical advice.
