We own the Hengyuan company ( including one machining workshop and one casting foundry) and precision plant! We mainly process the casting, machining and surface treatment according to customer´s drawing requirements until the finished production.
Our sand casting plant can produce all kinds of gray iron and ductile cast iron products with a monthly output beyond 1000 tons, by adopting advanced technics of clay sand, resin sand and using general and mechanical moulding machine in molding. Our smelting equipment are cupolas and electric furnaces.
Our machining plant can machine the difficult parts, the precision achieve 0.2mm. We have modern technics and equipments, such like NC horizontal boring and milling machine, CNC, dynamic balancing machine. We have a complete set of quality control and process control procedure, experienced casting and machining engineers and powerful technical force in the concerned field
Our precision casting plant can produce a broad variety of common carbon steel, alloy steel with the output exceeding 500 tons each month, and stainless steel products more than 100 tons. Besides, we have matching common machining and CNC machining workshops and surface treatment workshops for all of the above-mentioned products, such as workshops for paint coating, and spraying, cathode electrophoresis, is one of the advanced plant with modern technics and equipments.
