Product Description

Our drilling pump valve and seat can be interchangeable with OEM brand pumps and meet API-7K standards, such as F series, FB series, PZ series, P series, T series, TPK series, 3NB series, UNB series, UNBT series mud pumps.

 

Main Features:

1) Material of body and seat: 20CrMnTi/20CrMoCi

2) Valve insert material: NBR, CPU, TPU

3) Structure: full open style, three web style, four web style

4) Depth of Carburized Layer: 1.80~2.22mm

5) Hardness: HRC58-65

6) Temperature tolerance property: -60ºC~100ºC

Description:

1.Valve assembly is composed of valve seats, valve body, valve spring & valve insert and valve guide.

2.They are available for different models of pumps, such as Emsco, IDECO,Halliburton, Oil Well, National, OPI, Gardner Denver and others.

3. Valve Seat,Valve Body and Valve Nut are manufactured by forged premium carbon steel,or according to the requirement of users. Valve Inserts are made of high quality polyurethane and other polymers to suit customers' requirement.

 

We can offer a full range of valves and seats:

full open valve and seat (wing guided valve and seat)

The full open seat comes with wing guided valve.There is four wing and three wing.

inertia friction welded: two-piece valve body wing welded to the valve body.

integrated forged: one-piece valve body wing and valve body are solid forged.

3 web design valve and seat  (stem guided valve and 3 web seat)

4 web design valve and seat  (stem guided valve and 4 web seat)

The three web/four web seat comes with stem guide valve.

 

We supply mud pump spare parts like mud pump liner( including zirconia ceramic liner and high chrome bi-metal liner), mono-metal Liner, fluid end module, valve and seats, piston, piston rod, pony rod etc. parts for mud pump, we can also customize and machine as your drawing.

FAQ

1) How can I place order?

A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

2) How can I pay you?

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.

3) What's the order procedure?

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
