Established in 1995, Haolibest has three factories in China and one branch in Germany_two CFL manufacturing factories separately located in Qingdao and Shanghai, one tube manufacturing factory in Linan(in Zhejiang Province), and one marketing company in Frankfurt, Germany.

Today Haolibest has achieved great success in CFL, especially in Hi-power CFL. That is why we are titled with "Technology leader in Hi-power CFL " by our customers and even our competitors.
