Each "Forper"silo is manufactured and proceed by large die mold. This ensures each component more standardized, more accurate, thus makes installation much easier.
Fine-quality corrugated hot-galvanized steel plate(zn-coat thickness is more than 275g per square meter)from domestic famous steel plate factories; Corrosion proof, high strength and long life span.
Silo body plate is 1250mm wide, fit for different thickness requirements (1.0-1.5mm) to satisfy the customs.
All steel plate joints are fixed by Grade 8.8 high-strength M10 bolt and seal gums, ensuring no leaking seams, security and long operationg life.
With our special automatic torsion spring controlling and steel wire rope design, customers can easily open and close roof cover on the ground.
In order to observe the condition of conveying system, transparent plate for viewing window are installed.
Each set silo are assembled with guard rail to ensure safety, thus its design more humanistic.
Optional anti-block ball is available as per your requrement to convey feed flow more smoothly.
