INDICATIONS
Amoxycillin sodium clavulanate potassium for injection, indication is

1. Upper respiratory tract infection: sinusitis, tonsilitis, pharyngitis.
2. Lower respiratory tract infection: acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis acute attack, pneumonia, pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis co-infection.
3. Urinary system infection: cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urinary tract infection.
4. Skin and soft tissue infections: boils, abscesses, honeycomb inflammation, wound infection, intraabdominal sepsis, etc.

      5. Other infections: otitis media, osteomyelitis, septicaemia, peritonitis and post-operative infection.

Adverse reactions
Gastrointestinal reactions:
Diarrhea, indigestion, nausea, and vomiting have been reported. Antibiotic-associated colitis (including pseudomembranous and hemorrhagic colitis) and candidiasis have been reported occasionally. Nausea is uncommon and is associated with higher doses.
