The Transmission device of the transmission mechanism adopts induction deceleration positioning. With emergency stop button for plating line to be used for emergency braking this can prevent from any safety hazardous during daily operation. 3).Jig lifting device adopt import brake motor, deceleration motor, coupling, high strength acid, anti-aging belt to achieve jig's lifting movement. 4).Jig horizontal and lifting movement speed can control by PLC and frequency converter, speed designed in 3 type speed: low speed, medium speed, high speed. This is to ensure no inertia wobble while transporter start, meanwhile stable moving and accurate positioning could be achieved. The main configuration 1. Control cabinet wiring structured, clear and accurate line number, all elements have clear labeling on the operation panel in English. 7. system with automatic and manual control functions, under normal circumstances, the system is in automatic operation, such as the residence time of the work piece in each groove, traffic levels and lifting speed. 8. System program with interrupt, power and memory function, easy to handle unexpected situations. 9. system is equipped with the full range of emergency stop devices to prevent accidents.
