Operation 3.1. The operating lever is vacuumed when the pressure reaches about -0.095MPa. Stabilize for 1 to 2 minutes, use fine-tuning to adjust to the verification point, close the regulator valve, and detect point by point to zero. 3.3. In the high pressure state, when the pressure drops slowly, close the pressure regulator valve. (First, fine-tune the pressure to about -0.1MPa, and then slowly adjust to -0.095MPa after 1~2 minutes of stabilization) 4. Matters needing attention 4.1 The inspection table should be placed on a flat and easy-to-operate table to avoid entering the environment with highly corrosive gas and dust particles. 4.2 The inspected instrument should be properly cleaned to prevent dirt from entering the detection loop. , 4.3 The output 1 and output 2 nozzles are dedicated quick connectors, and the end faces are sealed. When installing the instrument, you don't need to use any tools to tighten it evenly. About 1 to 2 turns when the sealing surfaces are close to each other. 4.4 The output 1 and output 2 nozzles are composed of upper and lower two pieces. When using, always check whether the lower locking screw is connected reliably. If the connection is unreliable, it may cause collapse under high pressure.
