The outer membrane of the double-membrane gas storage tank has been exposed to the natural environment for a long time and needs good resistance to ultraviolet rays, wind, rain, snow and microorganisms. Moreover, the outer membrane is under pressure for a long time, so the outer membrane needs strong physical properties and good protective capabilities. The outer membrane generally adopts a tensile strength of more than 7000N/5CM and is protected by 3 times of PVDF surface coating. And when the peeling strength reaches above 200N/5CM, delamination will not easily occur. Because it may also come into contact with intima gases, it still needs to be resistant to intima-related gas corrosion.
Intimal properties
The inner membrane is used to hold storage media. First of all, it needs to have good resistance to corrosion or dissolution by gas media. And the leakage volume should be smaller because it needs to rise and fall repeatedly. So the lining needs to be thicker and softer. The excellent inner membrane base fabric is fine, the sealing layer is thick, and it is anti-corrosion. Good peel strength is also required to prevent delamination.
Welding equipment: high-frequency welding machine. The 5KV/27MHz high-frequency electric field passes through the membrane material, causing the material molecules to vibrate at high frequency and weld together. The material generates heat by itself, is heated evenly, and has high controllability. The movable working platform reduces welding errors and material damage, and can also better dissipate heat and shape.
Sealing process: The membrane material structure is complex and the welds are prone to leakage. We use 5 processes and multiple welding forming techniques. Ensure that high-quality materials are also of high-quality craftsmanship.

The fully imported biogas-specific membrane has flame retardant, antibacterial, and anti-UV properties, and meets the following standards: the sunlight fastness meets the DIN54004 level 7 standard, the flame retardant performance meets the DIN 4102 B1 design standard, and the thermal expansion and contraction resistance meets the DIN53361 standard. , the waterproofness complies with DIN 51635 standards, and the ductility meets DIN 53359 standards.
The outer membrane is coated with PVC/PVDF, which has high strength and high self-cleaning properties; the bottom membrane of the inner membrane has good air tightness and remains inert to the main components of biogas (CH4, H2S). The strength selection of the membrane material generally ranges from 4,000 N/5 cm to 9,000 N/5 cm. The strength of the membrane material can be calculated based on the wind and snow load.
