1. After receiving an order, we will proceed with production and assembly. Once completed, we'll book the shipment and keep our customers updated throughout the entire process.
2. We guarantee free replacements for any issues that may arise after the machines have been delivered to our customers' homes. Our main frame comes with a two-year warranty, while accessories are covered for one year. During this period, we offer support for any problems that may occur with the machine.
